SST expertise and equipment extends to extremely high vacuum package sealing.  The solution executes degassing cycles and getter activation, and high vacuum within an ultra clean polished steel chambre.  Assembly is activated automatically within the chamber, before execution of the controlled reflow temperature cycle.
