Accelonix,
in conjunction with MAT in Israel, is pleased to present the MAT 6400
platform for die attach processes. This platform is a fully automatic,
robust and mature design with high flexibility and moderate handling
speed. It finds applications in many of specialist micro assembly
applications, for small and medium quantity production.

MAT
MAT was created in 2000 from K&S specifically to take over on-going
support for K&S die attach equipment. The technology transfer
amounts to an inheritance of over 20 years of R&D investment.
The MAT 6400 is a new platform developed by evolved experienced
engineers originally from K&S with relevant electrical, software
and mechanical design experience, managed by MAT project management.
The design experience and optimized low organization costs has combined
to produced a high performance, versatile and mature design and at a
very attractive price. |

Accelonix support for MAT products
The adaptation and optimization of the MAT6400 platform is carried out
by Accelonix engineering team, in collaboration with MAT and the
customer process engineers. Accelonix can guarantee support &
