La technologie

Pulsed heat Thermode (Hot Bar) soldering is a selective soldering process where two pre-fluxed, pre-tinned metal parts are heating towards a set temperature, where the tin will melt and the parts will go into a permanent electro mechanical connection.

The HBRS can be used like a local oven too...

The heat is transferred to the parts through a thermode (Hot Bar) which is under pressure positioned on the parts.

The temperature process is controlled through a thermocouple attached to the thermode (Hot Bar) creating a closed loop circuit with the temperature controller. This allows the process to heat-up and cool-down under controlled conditions( Force, time and temperature).
